$9.25 per person (minimum 35 people)

Policy Agreement 2008

Your final count is due 3 days prior to your event. You will be billed according to your final count. Any quoted prices may increase per person if you do not reach your original guest count.

Hess's will prepare enough food based on your final count. Our buffets are set up and priced as all you can eat while we are serving. No food will be left on site. If any food is kept by the client an additional charge will be incurred.

Hess's charges and fees include one and one half hour of serving time starting when the meal is served. You may add additional time at the rate of 24.00 per hour per server.

A travel charge of 50.00 will be added to any events outside of Lancaster County.

Hess's will charge 35.00 per event for delivery and set up only with no staff included.

Any event cancelled after a 24-hour cut-off period will be charged a 100.00 cancellation fee.

Any event starting between the hours of 9:00 pm until 5:00 am will be charged a 65.00 fee per shift.

a 5.00 per table fee will be added to your event if Hess's provides buffet tables.
