Our pig roasters are built for long-term use and designed for thorough uniform cooking without burning meat. A 14 gauge steel drip pan carries undesirable fats to a drip tube that drains to the outside of the unit. It prevents charring from the coals and allows a pig to be cooked thoroughly without needing to be turned. The heavy-duty steel, or optional stainless steel grill is easily cleaned. We have grills different size grills for pigs up to 250 lbs.
