Terms and Conditions:
Our
charges and fees include three(3) hours of
serving time from the time the wedding
beverage or Hors D'oeuvres are served. Any
additional time incurred will be billed as
29.00 per hour per server until the end of
your event.
An 18% service fee and 6% PA sales tax will be
added to your total invoice.
If using a credit card to pay for your final
invoice, you will be billed 21% service
charge.
For children ages 2 to 10, you may deduct 3.00
per child from your quoted per person cost.
If you have fewer than 100 guests, and
additional charge of 1.10 per guest will be
added. For fewer than 70 guests, the
additional charge will be 2.20.
A non-refundable 500.00 retainer is required
to reserve the date of your event.
Final count is required 14 business days prior
to your event. You will be billed according to
your final count. You may increase the final
count up to five(5) days prior to your event;
you may not decrease the final count after it
has been received.
Client is responsible for the cost of any
damage incurred by their guest to any rentals,
equipment, decorations, glassware, linens, etc
used at their reception. The cost will be
added to the final invoice.

Cash
Check drawn on Local Bank
Visa and Master Card
If paying final invoice with credit card you
will be billed a 21% service charge
Balances are due in full ten(10) days prior to your event
Additional charges and fees are due in full the day of your event
Service contract must be signed and returned to have Weddings By Hess's cater your
event.
